Paella’s birth place is the Levante Region of Spain. While one of the most difficult dishes to create, there are many styles of Paella in Spain. At Isabella’s we prepare only four and use the same rice that has been used to make Paella for centuries- “Calasparra” rice. We hope you enjoy them...Buen Provecho!
